- Represents national corporate trustees in connection with various corporate trust matters
- Extensive experience in USDA Rural Development utility financings and housing financings serving as bond counsel
- Represents financial institutions in connection with commercial lending and governmental lending
- Represents public bodies in connection with innovative affordable housing finance projects
- Serves as general finance counsel for St. Johns County, Florida, assisting with County finance matters, including bond financings, borrowings, leasing and utility acquisitions
